Hi, I’m Angie Guymon, LPC.
I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where individuals can slow down, process life’s challenges, and discover hope and healing. With a background in both education and counseling, I am passionate about walking alongside people through seasons of growth, transition, and life’s everyday struggles.
My approach
My approach is collaborative and relational. I believe healing and growth occur within the context of a trusting therapeutic relationship. I am grounded in the integration of the Christian faith and evidence-based counseling practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. I believe every person has inherent worth and deserves to be seen, heard, and valued. My role is not to provide answers but to create the space where clients can discover the answers that exist within them. My goal is to help clients navigate their challenges while also examining patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that may be keeping them stuck.
Specialties
I am excited to work with pre-teens, teens, young adults, and women of all ages. I specialize in relational and behavioral issues, as well as stress, school issues, ADHD, anxiety, and coping skills.
Are you stuck, overwhelmed, uncertain?
Whether you are navigating a difficult season, managing anxiety, or seeking greater purpose and balance, I am honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
